The LionDesk team has launched a system update and implemented the following fixes:
• Users can add or edit the activities in the Contact Activity Timeline.
• Users can assign a follow-up campaign to a contact and the campaign details will appear in the Contact's Campaign section.
• Users can delete individual or multiple contacts without having to refresh their web browser.
• Users can create a new contact record and view them in the Contact Dashboard without having to refresh their web-browser.
We launched a system update that addressed the following issues:
• Texts from Transaction Plans are now sending.
• Shared Campaigns can now be edited.
With this new enhancement, you can create text templates with images and send them in a bulk text or include them in your drip campaigns. You can send images via text for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and more!
When you create a text template, you will now see the image icon as shown in the image below:
We launched a system update that addressed the following issues:
• Tasks are now syncing from Google Calendar
• "Hide from Team" toggle button was not working.
• The Contact Dashboard will now show the date for the next Drip Campaign tasks
We launched a system update that addressed the following issue:
• Emails from Transaction Plans were not sending.
• Campaign actions (emails, texts, and tasks) were not immediately appearing in the Contact Record after a campaign was assigned.
•The "Task was created successfully" message was reappearing after moving to a different page
•Unable to sort Tasks by Due Date
We launched a system update that addressed the following issue:
• The Inbox for 3rd Party Emails would not load when using the PREV/NEXT buttons in the Contact Record.
• Random text would appear when logging into LionDesk
