Enhancement: Pin up to 3 Comments
You can now pin up to 3 comments, or other activities, in the contact activity timeline. LionDesk captures and tracks all contact communication such as comments, emails, calls, texts, and more. As you continue to nurture and follow up with your contacts, their contact activity timeline will continue to grow. With this new feature, you can pin up to 3 comments or other activities and have them visible at a glance!
